Why not just rent a steam machine from the grocery store and do the carpets myself?
Starting with the time it takes to go pick it up, then try to decide on what chemicals to clean it with, then actually performing a process that you are not familiar with can be frustrating at the least. Most of all the little machine leaves so much residue in the carpet it acts as a magnet for dust and dirt in the near future causing a irreversible chemical mess. Our process will leave no mess only pure clean fibers. Your carpet will be clean and stay clean.
Why does a stain keep coming back?
Every situation is different, depending on the nature of the carpet. From my experience most reoccurring stains back due to over spot cleaning an area caused by a spill or an accident on the carpet. The residue left behind attracts dust and dirt back to the same area. When we pretreat and clean your home we will pay close attention to the problem spots and stains, being sure to rinse the area of any chemical, hopefully eliminating the reoccurring stain.
Why does my carpet have waves and lumps in it?
On most occasions they are caused by poor installation. We can remedy the problem by power stretching the carpet in most situations.
